ROM Hack How to hack my dsi xl

Well, Im really new to this.

I just got my NDSI XL. Didnt had the time to buy an r4 or something. However, I cant receive any item, for the whole month.

Im lost somewhere in a rural place, with a very slow and shared connection which blocks some downloading sites, such as megaupload "excess of downloads"

However , I want to download some games in my NDSI.

I know the NDSIWare have some cheap games, but Im interested in getting some free.

I hacked my wii, and im able to put some burnt games.

So after googling, its all confusing to me, seems like is impossible to hack the dsi.

Also, I own a DS lite, if someone gotany hack for it.

I hope getting a flashcard isnt the only way.

I have an SD Card , Internet, and the device. I hope that is enough.

Sorry bud, the only way for free games is a flashcart. Even with that, you won't be able to play DSiWare free.

Getting a flashcart is the only way.
There is no other way to 'hack' your DSi XL.

In the true meaning of the word Hacking, a DSi is unhackable.
The flashcart only imitates a real cart.

unlike other "hackable" consoles there's no custom firmware or modified system file you can use to load games.
you have to use a flashcart.
