Here is the Main Data for Megaman Legacy Collection (USA).xci for Devmenu

Works also fine with megaman Legacy Collection.cxi (USA) (Firmware 5.1, SX 1.3) and its a very small game regarding bayonetta 2

So I can use any xci I want that is smaller than bayonetta 1? o.o

Use Bayonetta as a donor on the first pass, then install PQ to SD. You can then do whatever you need to.

Obv this all requires 5.1.0, so do the rajkosto tutorial first. Make sure you read the big read notes at the top of the post.

edit: You can move from PQ to Hulu, which saves space and lets you play PQ.

Now DevMenu is working well with Bayonetta, i installed Pokemon Quest from a NSP and wanted to use it as a DevMenu laucnher (To saves some space as i don't want to play Bayonetta)
Unfortunately it freezes at loading screen.
Anyone managed to make it work in this situation ?

Edit: i've found the solution, it was the "archive" bit of the titles folder that was set, now it's working.

Can you make a tutorial how you did that
So you installed Pokémon quest via bayonetta dev menu and then deleted bayonetta? Bayonetta only for dev menu is a waste of space so I’d really like to do that as well.
