Hacking how to get a sys 11.6 3ds back online with cfw

Hi all, I got a 11.6.9-39U 3ds old model 3ds xl already comes with with pre installed cfw from a year or so ago. just wondering what do I have to do to get it back online(multiplayer and freeshop etc), it has fbi and luma installed. can any one give me a hand on how to update from this?

1. Update to the latest Luma3DS version by replacing the boot.firm on the root of you SD card with this one.
2. Update your 3DS to the latest version through the system settings.

Freeshop no longer works and never will.

Freeshop and all similar apps have been dead for about 2 years now. Nintendo changed how their servers work and they blocked access to any 3rd party app

ah that sux, guess I have to download cia the old way. is there any replacement app u can use instead of freeshop where u get games? and can I still play multiplayer after update?

No as i said above they blocked all access from unofficial apps. And yes if you update you can play multiplayer.
