I have an Alcatel 3X phone which I thought was great, but I noticed there's something very unpleasant – It "kills" app notifications after 5hrs or so.
I've tried turning off battery optimization, turn on apps via "Inactive Apps" on Dev Options, and this didn't do much good. Still the same. I contacted Alcatel customer service thru email and they were useless by giving me info I already tried.
This is an issue with the system itself that shuts down apps after a while and it's frustrating as it'd be very helpful to receive it. So, is there a way to active "allow all app notifications" via ADB Shell or something?
Safe to say I'll never buy an Alcatel phone again.
