Hacking how to disable automatic updates?

Hello all,
I have a question, I was wondering how I can disable automatic updates on my 3ds so it wont download updates that stop me using my Supercard DSTwo.

The 3DS have automatic updates? Since when?

Even if it downloads them, you can tap "NO" when it asks you to install them.

The 3DS doesn't have auto-updates, it will always ask you whether you want to update or not. There is a way to disable this, though, if you enable Parental Controls. Then it won't constantly ask you.

I thought 4.1.0 disabled parental controls for updating?
