Hacking How to delete everything

Hey guys i want to sell my wii and i want to delete like every hack on my wii like homebrew and channels and shit like that. how do i do it could someone explain to me step by step please

Use the hbc installer to uninstall the homebrew channel and/or bootmii and use the wad manager for any channels or delete it from wii system memory (I think thats possible for most of them)

You could probably sell it pre soft-modded for a bit extra or something, but anyways. Take any wad's you installed (of VC/Wiiware games and backup loader channels and such, NOT IOS wad's or the HBC) and put them back on your sd card and uninstall them through wad manager 1.5.

Then if you have any preloader or startpatch hacks enabled, run NANDclean to get rid of any of those hacks. Then update your Wii with an official update. (If you're already at 4.1 and can't update anymore or something then you could try running dop-IOS and install the most recent IOS's for all of them and say no to patching them with the sig hash check.)

Then run AnyTitleDeleter and delete any IOS's higher than 200 (mainly IOS249). DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING ELSE. Only IOS's in the 200's.

Then run the hackmii installer through the HBC and have that uninstall dvdx and bootmii if you installed those and finally the HBC itself.

No reformatting a softmodded Wii will likely achieve nothing, but possibly bricking it. You can reformat it AFTER you do all of that to get rid of the changes you made to the system if you want to also get rid of all of your save files and stuff on it, but don't format a system that has been unofficially modified.

That guide is somewhat old and shouldn't be done on newer boot2v4 systems at all. You don't need to downgrade the system to 3.2 to get rid of everything anymore.
