After trying to install a couple of NSP's that failed with "Failed to create Placeholder" I have boxes where games should be on the home menu that are just gray with a loading symbol in them. The + button option where you'd normally delete software is grayed out. How do I go about deleting these half-installed games?

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction -

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
