If your PS3 is on CFW do not log into PSN or play any game online via servers. Spoofs only work temporarily. Sony has been banning PSN ID's ever since CFW became a thing

I know, i know. Need only help with BO2, because this game have "integrated anti CFW system". Other CoDs/games online works perfectly.
