Hardware how to create payloads folder for gm9?

Hi, i been trying to install yoshi's wolly world by an 3ds file to convert it to cia using gm9, but when i pressed the home button and i go to the payloads folder it says it was not found. Can somebody fix this?

Create a gm9 folder on the root of your sd card and create a payloads folder inside if you don't have them. You should have them if you set up cfw.

i tryed and it appears

No usable entries found."
does someone have and link to download the entries?

The correct directory is /gm9/payloads, there is no 0: in front of it.
