Hacking How to convert .ram to .dpg

I'm trying to do so using Super but I get part of the way through, then get the following error message:

The original file works fine in Media Player, and I've converted a lot of other file types before. Any Help? Don't recoomend BatchDPG as it never encodes properly for me.

Try converting the .ram file to another format first, such as .avi or .mpg.

FFMPEG works great, but it involves using the command line.
