I were download a game and convert with winrar, it give me a ( .part) file but not ISO or CSO. It doesn't work on psp. I had try to re-download the part of the game many time, but still same. What did i need to do for (.part) file, so that i can play in psp?

A part file is a temporary file downloaded by Firefox or Chrome. When a file has not completely downloaded all the way, or is in the process of downloading, it's extension becomes PART. Which tells me that either your file didn't finish downloading, or something went wrong. Try re-downloading the game again. Its extension should be ISO/CSO (or Zip/Rar/7z if it's compressed)

Are you sure you are not hiding extensions for known files?
Usually winrar makes splitted files like

filename.part1.rar
filename.part2.rar
filename.part3.rar

If you have hidden extensions all you see is:
filename.part1
filename.part2
filename.part3

In this case what you should do is disable hide extensions
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/...ions#show-hide-file-name-extensions=windows-7

After that at least you will see what kind of file you are dealing with.
If it's rar just right click and "extract here" to get the iso.
