My programming skills are decent. Not good or bad. I want to know how to convert a .jpg, .png, .bmp or some other image format to .bin. No matter what I try, the homebrew app just flashes the screen white when I compile and load it. I would prefer it if you told me a way to do it on Ubuntu as that is the OS I use for development but it's fine if it's for Windows as I have a dual-booting computer.
