Hacking How to convert from a .dol to a .wad?

How can I create my NeoGamma channel? I'd like to convert the .dol to a .wad. I've already searched, but could not find anything helpful.

I've already created a Channel http://filetrip.net/f8705-NeoGamma-R8-b12.html and Forwarder http://filetrip.net/f8719-NeoGamma-(Forwar...R8-Beta-12.html for the latest NeoGamma if you want to use them.
