You can install and use homebrew Software without limitations. Or play out of region games. You can do whatever you want. It's a "jailbreak" for your wii u with other words said.

And for cheats...there is no software which works with cheatcodes directly on the console itself. You need a pc and tcpgecko iirc.

Both. Some may not work and/or crash but they are the exception.

what is the best cheating software for finding/modifying addresses on the wiiu? (also love your videos <3!)

P.S. Ive tried TCP Gecko but it is slow and just not good... Jgecko is reasonable but crashes often when poking addresses.
