Homebrew How to Bypass the Browserhack Block by Update Message N3DS 9.9

Well guys, i got a tip from a friend of mine and tried to solve the BrowserHack block by the Update Message on the New 3DS Browser.

I have 3 New 3DS on 9.9 and all 3 was stuck on the Update Message, not allowing me to acess the browserhax. Then my friend told me to try the following:

1. SET DNS ON THE INTERNET CONNECTION TO AUTO
2. TURN OFF INTERNET
3. GO TO DATE & TIME AND SET DATE TO 01/01/2000 AND TIME TO 00:00
4. GO TO BROWSER, CLEAR SAVE DATA
5. POWER OFF AND POWER ON N3DS
6. TURN ON INTERNET
7. READ THE QR CODE OF THE BROWSERHAX
8. FILL THE BROWSER INITIAL CONFIG AND WAIT BROWSERHAX LOAD

I can´t tell you guys if this work on O3DS and on other Firmware versions of N3DS. All i can say is that it Worked flawlessly on 3 of my N3DS all in 9.9-U

Isn't work on my old 3dsxl. My FW version is 10.1.0-27U =\ can you help with this browse update's mensage?
