how to backup my sysnand?

    so i used https://3ds.guide/ to instaill a9hl + luna on my old 3ds xl i want to back my nand but there is two options sysNAND an emuNAND which one do i pick for my a9hl?

    Put Decrypt9 as a payload, and back up your sysNAND...it should say in the guide
