Hacking How to access Japanese eShop?

Not sure if this is the right place but I have an old 3DS running RX Tools. Is there any way to change my EmuNAND to Japanese so I can access the eShop? I don't like having to hunt down .cia files for updates to my games.

Yes you can region swap and then use the 3 sd card trick to get eshop

Did tried that 3 SD card trick many times before, long time ago (I think the process is still the same) on O3DS but it didn't work for me, maybe because it came with either pre-installed game (no idea as it was bought second hand) or bought any game from eShop (which I did I think). Everything works on region-changed console, except eShop.
