Carbon's right, It's called order of operations. PEMDAS, Parenthesis, exponents, division, multiplication, addition, subtraction. You have to do it in that order to get the right answer.

With that in mind: 10+10*0 = multiplication before addition, so it'd be 10*0 = 0. 10 + 0 = 10.

The answer's 10.

All are the same thing, just varies by whichever region you learned it from. Division and Multiplication can be inverted, which is why it's MD in the first two and DM in the last.
