How much do you pay for gas?

As the title suggests, how much do you currently pay for gas? At the moment of writing this, its about 3.61 per gallon here in New York where I live.

Howver, a UK gallon is larger than a US gallon ... they are both 8 pints to the gallon, but a UK pint is 20oz, and a US gallon is 16oz ...

Wow :/ And here in the US people are complaining about the gas prices. I just love when you see people on TV riding around with a Hummer and complaining about how it takes over 100 USD to fill up their tanks.

Narin, one thing to keep in mind is that not all countries have the same emission laws, so some of them have cars that can go alot more per gallon than we can. Which means they may not need as many gallons of gas we do to drive the same amount. Either way, guess what, I'm complaining lol! Screw that, I'm only 28 years old and I've gone from needing 20 dollars to fill up my tank to almost 60? That's ridiculous

Update: BTW, we're paying 3.70 per gallon here in Miami

Gas hit $4.19 for unleaded at the highest place in Goleta (Santa Barbara), and around $4.00 at the 'cheap' places.

I just bought a bike for $170, I figured it'll take 5-6 weeks of not driving to pay it off.

Yea, in America, everyone throws a fit when gas prices go up 10 cents. They want the price to go back down to 2-3 USD a gallon. They have no idea how bad other countries have it.

Seriously in portugal the minimun salary is around 400€, tell me how a person lives with 400€/month where gas is 1,4€/L and one bread is like 16cents.
