If the CPU is a 64-bit processor, and was made in the last 10 years, you should be good. It doesn't mention a minimum of cores, though an older CPU will probably result in horrible performance. If it can run Minecraft Java Edition (The old PC one) at 30-60FPS, you should be good to play Minecraft Windows 10!

EDIT: Re-read post, windows 10 scales better across cores lirc it will use 4 if it can, 8 I'm not so sure of.
