The way I see it, Nintendo just has to sell the screen unit by itself. We know that the screen and everything behind it is the meat and bones of the Switch. If you exclude the dock, the joycons, the hdmi, and the power cord, the price on just the screen peripheral itself will drop immensely, making an upgrade to a Switch+ very affordable to early adopters. Of course there are people who may have never bought a Switch so they might not have all of the components that come with it. For that, Nintendo can sell the entire Switch+ package with the components included. Obviously with all the components it will cost a bit more, but those of us who already have all the components can settle for just picking up the upgraded screen device sold separately. This is how I would like to see it done at least.
