1) "never" and "I don't know" are the only answers that don't include 2025.Why no 2025? It seems a lot more likely than 2035.
But okay... Perhaps I'm too pessimistic. With Trump imploding the USA, the EU will have to step up to aid ukraine.
1) it's implied'when does it 'start'1) "never" and "I don't know" are the only answers that don't include 2025.
2) Like they should have from the beginning. WTF should we be doing more than their neighbors?

1) No. “BY” means exactly that. Anytime between now and then, but not after. Interchangeable with “before”. Frankly, it’s a poorly worded poll (and that’s the best that can be said about it.1) it's implied'when does it 'start'
2) the us doesn't currently do more than the EU (source: https://www.ifw-kiel.de/topics/war-against-ukraine/ukraine-support-tracker/). But the current average of around 40% is most likely going to drop to zero. But if you want to nitpick: sure. I should've said 'the EU will have to step up MORE'. Happy now?![]()

You forgot that nuclear weapons are on the table if Russia picked on someone larger than that.Russia? The same Russia that we all need to fear, but have had a hard time invading a nation like Ukraine, that can't really be called a nation with a great army. The same Russia, which the new reported uses World War 2 tanks and weapons, and have been drafting elderly and handicapped people to it's army? Russia is great for propaganda, but nothing to be afraid off. Oh, they have nukes? If those were effective, they would have used them years ago. Pretty sure most nukes would be bombed, before they could leave their own airspace.
no it's not, we just need to fuck off with that infinite growth & induced demand & throw away half the shit we make (including food) crap. I don't care if it's socialism or some non-shitty version of capitalism, but this one isn't sustainable.the earth is overcrowded time to format

The issue is that everyone is too scared actually use nuclear weapons. Anyone who pulls one out is practically commiting suicide. Even in a major war no one would pull the trigger. It is highly unlikely to happen within our lifetimes. Nuclear arsenals make a pretty god deterrent to full scale global war.

Yes exactly. That is what I was trying to point out. That there mere existence acts as a deterrent. If a country were to a launch a nuclear strike there are defensive systems in place to counter that with other countries own counter-assaults and they are largely automated. Pretty much if a country were to launch a nuclear strike, particularly a country with a large arsenal against another country with a large arsenal it would mean the end of the world as we know it.The issue is that everyone is too scared actually use nuclear weapons. But my point is that the threat cancels itself out. No one wants to use them so they practically don't exist.Yes exactly. That is what I was trying to point out. Yes that is also my point. We agree. But my point is that the threat cancels itself out. No one wants to use them so they practically don't exist.
