Hello, before I begin I have a Switch that has an emuNAND with Atmosphere CFW, my sysNAND is clean and fit for online

I was wondering how CFW actually effects the Switch consoles, software or hardware, if at all?

P.S When using something like 90DNS, what happens in the seconds where you have to connect to wifi, but without 90DNS in effect?
