You can unpack most of files with offzip, but without proper filenames (it's using offset in filename place)
Game is using custom packages. Without someone who is experienced in unpacking custom zlib archives you can't do too much.
With offzip you can unpack 92% of files, but I'm not sure if some of them will not be broken.
