step 2, do nothing else as the rop installer doesn't really do anything useful on any FW that doesn't have the 4.x/6.x MSET installed making the whole thing pointless

It says gateway on the 3ds itself... there is no way that ironhax/tubehax/ssbhax can use fbi...
