How Fix The Software Was Closed Because An Error Occurred

recently a game always crashing with this error , other times i was able to fix it reinstalling the game but is not working this time , even cache clearing did not fix it , anyone have other suggestions for being able to fix the crashes , thank you

( game and switch 2 are up to date so shouldn't be this the cause of crash )

You could check for corrupted data under system settings > Data Management.
No idea. Maybe it's that particular game.

already tried that too , yeah this game in particular (wwe 2k25) crashed a lot last time fixed the crash reinstalling the game but now it not fixed the issue , every time this game do a live update it crash , if i cancel it does not crash but then cannot use online functionality , theyr game support not help at all with theyr troubleshooting like cache clear/reinstalling which not helped now or checking connection which is fine , not sure what else to do
