I might have pirated games on my Wii U (who knows, lol) but I really wish that it won't be possible on the Switch, too.
All I want is the possibility to use my Switch for homebrew (aka emulators) AND newest games (I'm looking at you, Mario Tennis Ace). As long as that's working like a charm I'm willing to legally buy the few Switch games I really want.
And it might be better for the system if a backup loader takes still some time (although we all know it won't). Publishers might get feared and stop porting games to the Switch.

It's great that Ninty has sold around 18 million units because that's causing publishers to release stuff but that might change once those 18 million units turn into piracy machines.

I totally agree that backup loading on the Switch (perhaps also on the PS4) will be announced during E3 2018.
