Hacking How easy is ps3 prone to bans?

I might pick up a 3.55 ps3 on ebay and was wondering how easily they get banned. Or should I just wait for something better?

No one seems to have a real answer for this, but the answer is if you go online with your CFW enabled PS3, you will be banned at some point. It could be in a day, a week, a month or more, but the general feeling seems to be that if you want to get online and not be banned you either need a spare PS3 and retail discs, or an ODE.

I was banned within 24 hours(once I was actually able to go online) and all I played was COD BO Once!
