You would need an SX Core or one of the clones. Install differs based on the model but installing it in a lite is significantly easier. That shouldn't matter if you pay someone to install it though. Chips can cost anywhere between £70 to £150 depending on where you buy them.

Its as simple as soldering a modchip into the console.

That doesn’t really say anything. Some mod chips are hella easy to install. This one is not one of those with those tiny ass points

SX Lite or HWFLY Lite for Lites
HWFLY Oled for Oleds (Core and lite work but save yourself the headache and get the oled version)

OLEd will the hardest of the two. at least 6 lines micro solder.

you dont necessary need an hot air for this work.
