Hacking how does slow motion work?

slow motion just seems to lower the refresh rate, not really slow the game?
is this how it is supposed to be?
and what is the most slow motion: level 1 or 5?

Be honest with you, I don't think it works, I have an M3 Real and I have never gotten it to work

I got it to work a long time ago, but haven't used it for several version updates now.

I just tested it with the current version of Sakura and it works perfectly in New Super Mario Bros. The music doesn't slow down, but the gameplay definitely does. At least in NSMB, anyway.

It also works in Super Mario Kart, but not in n+.

I shall test it out again, because the last time I used it all it did was stop the game, did nothing >.< So I shall give it another test
Edit: got it to work ^-^, I am now falling in SLOW MOTION! lol
