ROM Hack How does one launch DSi Ware apps from Emunand?

I am wondering because Emunand from MT (using only SD Card) will do everything I want it to do until it comes to DSi Ware applications it reboots...

Yep, you can't run DS(i) or GBA VC games under MT's emuNAND (or Gateway's for that matter). It's due to the nature of the DS profile exploit.
Even though Gateway is now using a different exploit entirely, DS/GBA support hasn't yet been restored as of the latest beta.
