Hacking How do you quick save with the supercard?

Hi, How do you quick save with the supercard mini? I press r+ l + a + select to get to the save menu, then there are two options: save and load. I don't know which one is selected, they are either red or white, which colour means that it is selected? I can't tell if it is red or white.
