On real NAND, darkcrop can help, but homebrew does not work well AFAIK.
Any way to patch IOSes on S/UNEEK?

Use WiiMod, just google it, it's a homebrew app.

Why do you want to patch IOS on a neek environment?
the advantage of neek is that you don't need to patch anything and launch channels directly from the system menu like if it was an official/retail/unhacked console.
Same for wii games, you don't need a launcher as sneek has a menu to mount the game you want from FAT32 partition.

Darkcorp was used to patch all the IOS to add the trucha bug and allow burned disc launched directly from disc channel.
If what he wants is to launch backups, he doesn't need any patch in neek. but not in burned disc format, he needs either a retail disc or a modchip or extracted games on FAT32 partition.

he mentioned that homebrew don't work well with patched IOS, he should keep then unpatched, either from RealNAND or EmuNAND.

It all depends what he really wants to do and how he wants to launch its games.
Discs are not the most used method since USB can be used.
