you can download ModMii from @XFlak, start ModMii Classic (not ModMii Skin), go to the Advanced Downloads page and enter "F" to build a forwarder DOL. Select the option for build the v12 forwarder DOL and enter the path(s) you want to forward to (i.e. apps/SonicCD/boot.dol, apps/SonicCD/boot.elf, etc.), give it a name, then enter D to download. Take the new DOL and inject it with CustomizeMii to the WAD of your choice.
