The best coffee is 100% arabica. Just look at what you buy in the markets and compare. To me this is the most important thing. And finding what roasts you prefer. I drink LOTS of coffee, half and half only. (or I will use milk, but no sweetners or fake cream)

I find Starbucks to be more of sugar than coffee, really.
