ROM Hack How do you get NTR Viewer running on 11.2

How do you get NTR to work on 11.2, I load it up but I can't connect to it via NTRDebugger, or any other programs. Also, can I have a link to a version that works? I don't know that mine works 100%!

I did! I just can't get NTRViewer working.

I am on a new 3ds, it is saying something like connection refused. I am not quite sure
