Gaming How do you feel?

i literally cannot put my 3ds down, i got it last night at a midnight launch with street fighter..... ive used up all my play coins for today, gonna buy some more AR games tomorrow

I got super monkey ball with mine... I might go pick up Street Fighter tomorrow since Im hearing its great

I ordered Super Monkey Ball too!! Can you tell me if it was a good choice? =P

Yeah the gameplay is pretty good, the 3D in it isn't the best, but it still works!

Then I'm glad I did order it! I was looking for something that I could play for several days, since I won't be buying that many games!!
By the way, is it better to play with the the analog or the tilt scheme?

I fucking love the thing. I hadn't even cared about the AR prior to release, but trying it out practically made me orgasm. My mind was literally blown.
Haven't been able to play any launch titles yet as I'm now skint, but this time next week I should be picking up Street Fighter.
Can't wait.

My spring break just got wasted away because i was waiting for the 3ds launch.

I have this really funny story.

I was reading this site, when suddenly the phone rang.
it was gamestop corp.
I let it ring out until the voice message played.
It was an automated voice named ashley who called to tell my SSFIV would be there on sunday.
Boy that voice is annoying.
well, while i was listening to the voice recording being made, gamestop corp was calling again.
after the message was over, the phone rang out again and it was our automated friend, ashley saying that my 3ds would be their friday.
The same damn voice was so annoying, just like barbie dall voice annoying.
anyone else get a call from gamestop?

i am a big super monkey ball fan however i opted out of this game. the reason being that from what i understand its sort of a pain in the ass to use the gyro controls and stay focused while in 3d mode. if you dont like the gyro controls and just want to use the stick you'll probably be good to go.

Yeah, for super monkey ball I prefer using the stick over the rotation, the 3D makes me pay less attention to the gameplay and makes me lose a lot

But apart from that the game is pretty good

i got my 3ds on friday and with the 3d i have no problem at all my father and brother have no problem too but if my mother looks at 3ds screen she immediately gets a headache
she is wearing glasses maybe people with glasses only get a headache

No headaches or anything, but when I look at text on the computer after playing street fighter (only game I got) there's a shadow slightly above it. It's cool.

Glasses has nothing to do with it. Awesome/non-useless 3D ,instant(not hard to get or maintain, no headaches on max.

Didn't see the thinks some people are nitpicking about.

The stick(slide pad) felt good.

!!!! Didn't get to see the menu(forgot how to get there)...

I still do not like the blue better than black. Buttons felt very good even start/home l/g. The screen pretty all right even after borrowing XL. Yes wouldn't mind the screen better, but it pretty all right.

Nice depth to pilot wings. Pilot wings itself was some what decent.

Can wait to have mine.

I'm not sure if this applies to the people complaining of sickness, soreness but most people i talk to about it don't seem to get that you can turn the 3d down. When i have it turned up all the way that is when i start to get a headache.

Try playing it at 1/4 or 1/2 way and make sure you sit at the correct angle. It also says in the health and safety not to play on moving vehicles as the movement combined with 3d images can cause eye strain.

Just a few tips for anyone that is getting headaches or sore eyes but again some people might get this even from a small bit of 3d in which case your unlucky

I haven't stopped playing mine since I got it on thursday night (well, Friday, midnight launch). I have to admit, it's kinda disappointing finding some cool feature then finding it needs an update, but I guess I'll just have to wait.

After around an hour of playing though, with the 3D on, going on the computer afterwards gave me a real headache. The words seem like they're still 3D and the whole thing felt completely weird. I now play with the 3D off most of the time, apart from on certain things.

I'll tell you what I won't be doing again. Playing with 3D on with a massive hangover, makes you feel alot worse
