Hacking How do you do FULL system reset on NDS?

Is there a way to do a reset on the NDS, so all settings is restored to factory default.

Username, etc is all blank, so when you open NDS it goes through the tutorial screen of asking for your name, b-day etc.

I once had it when removing my battery and putting it back in again. Try that.
