Would you mind linking to this tutorial? I came here to ask the same question about MAKING skins but when I saw yours I didn't make one. I could really do with a tutorial and it would be nice if there was a link here as I dont have time to search for one right now.

There really is no need for a template, making the initial files is really, really easy.
