Emulation How do you create a custom base rom for injectiine gba?

I am currently trying to inject mother 3 into polarium advance (apparently polarium advance is the only game that lets you save properly in mother 3) However, I cannot find any ways to inject mother 3 onto this particular game. Any help would be very appreciated, thanks.
