Basically, my homebrew menu is a mess and I've been having issues for a while now. In some apps I've more than one version and I can't delete them. Some apps no longer work and again I can't delete them. Lately, I have also lost the ability to install from USB and on the majority of apps nothing works when I open them.

Without wiping the whole sd card and having to re-download and install all my games again how do I tidy things up and get everything back to how it should be again?

Im on Firmware 10.2.0 and AMS M.18.1.

Also I don't think re-adding the homebrew applications will fix USB install.
