How do you change Memory Card Location - Dolphin Emulator

Hi,

Does anyone know how to stop Dolphin from saving to my C drive.

I have just downloaded the latest version today off their website, set it up and set my Memory Card A & B to my external drive.

But when I see the game saving, it shows that it is saving to my C drive and not the Memory Cards I created in the emulator directory on my external.

Is it possible to stop Dolphin from reverting to the C drive when saving and stay to directory I set in the Config, it seems it keeps defaulting back.
