Hacking How Do you add Action Replay Cheats to the dsi?

I really need help can you guys just explain how to put NEW CODES on it, not the ones it starts with?

Grab a usrcheat.dat file from the cheat database. Get R4cce and then open up the usrcheat.dat file. Insert your cheats and save.
