do i have to enable it somewhere? if so where? i tried metroid prime hunters and i enabled it on its settings and i could never get any rumble function out of it except when i enable it, it kinda rumbles for a sec.

metroid prime hunters is a very bad game to test rumble with.

it only rumbles about once every 10 times you get hit.

your rumble probably already works, but you never encountered something that triggers rumble.

wat better games can i test the rumble pack with? im starting to think this is defective. also one time my brother pulled the rumble pack out while the ds was on and when he put it back in, it started rumbling and wouldnt stop until he pulled it out again. wats up with that?

never reinsert the slot-2 cart while m3sakura or an official game is running.
only time you can safely do it is when homebrew software causes constant rumbling.

space invaders extreme is really extreme with the rumble.
every note played in the BGM, and every time you hit an alien, you get rumble.
since the music doesn't stop while playing you get constant bursts of rumble.

The rumble function doesn't work for me. I gotta retry with my copy of Metroid Prime Pinball to see if it works w/o flash, but for now it doesnt.
Though.... The very first time I booted my new DS and started transferring the WiFi data from my old to my new and was done........... It vibrated out of nowhere.
But not just.. rumble. No. It was f*cking crazy. It could generate an earthquake (hyperboles ftw). But since then, perhaps a small lil' shake. But else, nothing.

I tested mine with Elite Beat Agent, and the rumble sucks unlike the ez v 3-in-1. Maybe mine is defective, but i donno. When you hit them correct the motor spins for a sec, n it doesnt rumble it just makes sounds. my friend got one when i did also, is both of ours defective?

The only time when mine rumbled like crazy was when i reinserted it when on.

the 3-in-1 is horrible when it comes to rumble
even as the review here stated

my guess is yours might be defective because mine actually rumbles

I just tried it with my copy of Metroid Prime Pinball, and it works good enough there.

However, running a game like Elite Beat Agents via my M3 Real and it doesnt.
I should try running Metroid Prime Pinball via my M3 and see what happens, if it works.
If it does, I.. don't really know, its game-based.
It it doesn't, the problem lies with the flash cart. (perhaps Sakura?)

Metroid Prime Pinball works great! its quiet also, but Elite Beat Agent still don't rumble correctly when its correct, and u can only feel it rumble if u miss the beat. thanks.

space invaders extreme also, you should try that
there's ton of rumbling

My M3 rumble pack turns on for a split second every time I turn on the DS. Othr thn that as people said before EBA and Space Invaders Extreme are very good to test on.

it should only do that the first time you insert it

example:
insert rumble cart
turn on ds, get a little rumble
turn off ds then turn on, it shouldnt do the turn on rumble thing]

it will repeat that as soon as you remove the cart
