I have looked for so long, and have not found a definite, simple explanation to my questions. Can someone help?
I have a burned copy of Animal Crossing City Folk, Gamma, and the .txt file with the cheats for it.

1. where do these cheats go on my SD card?
2. how do I activate them? what do I need?
3. I DL'ed Ocarina, and it's a .elf file. useless, right?

Help would be much apreciated....

Alright then if you launch it from the HBC then you should load up a black sreen with some green text and a banner at the top and bottom. I forget what to do from there but I think its either Options,Settings,Or Boot Settings or something and in there there's an option to turn Ocarina on.

Ok, so, I load up Gamma, then I go and turn Ocarina on.

but where do I put the cheat .txt file?

and where do I go to activate the cheats? will it auto-forward me to the menu to do so once I load the disc with Gamma?

Oh thats why, you have a .txt file

You'll need something that can convert .txt to .gct which is what Ocarina uses. Codemgr 1.1 (Maybe its farther than that) can do this for you. You'll also have to know the ID name for your game. AC:City Folk for NTSC/USA is RUUE01 so it would make you a file called RUUE01.gct

If you want codemanager I may not have the lastest version but it works.

Ok, I have the codemanager, and I think I can get it from here.

Thanks for the help!
