Hacking Question How do I update my game?

So managed to get a 3rd switch and I plan on putting SX on it. My 2nd and 3rd are on the newest firmware of this time of this post. Now my questions...
1. How do I update my 3rd switch games without ever connecting it to the internet?
2. If I use the 2nd switch to somehow update the switch games on the 3rd switch will my 2nd switch/account get in any trouble?

2. If the 2nd Switch is updating backups, then yes it is at risk. And I'm not just referring to the fact that you're updating backups in either CFW or OFW.
