I hacked my switch like 1 year and I used sysnand back then (now I use emunand) and I don't know if I still have any error logs generated by homebrew still left in it that could get me banned. I sometimes play online on my switch and have the share error logs off. Still not banned but I'm worried when I turn on that Option if it will ban me. Btw if it matters, I only used atmosphere.

Sharing error logs only refers to third-parties, not Nintendo. You cannot disable sharing error reports to Nintendo.

You can. Using atmosphère's own reimplementation of "erpt" (Error Report), crash reports are no longer created in system memory, but on the SD card in the path "/atmosphere/erpt_reports/". This prevents them from being uploaded to nintendo when the original firmware is booted.

Error logs are not a concern because Atmosphere redirects them to a file on SD and it has been this way for a long time.
However if you used NSPs there are probably traces left of them even if you delete them, that will likely get you banned.
The safe way would have been to restore the NAND backup you made when you hacked the Switch but it's too late now as restoring it will roll back logs and that is a red flag in itself.

That only stops new error codes. It doesn't stop old error codes created beforehand.
