Homebrew How do i restore 3DS Homebrew Titles?

Recently i did a CTRTransfer on my Homebrew 3Ds to fix a problem, but this ended up making all the CIA titles become inaccessible, There still there when i go into Data management but they have an X over them , How would i make them accessible again? Or is there a way to redownload them without losing my saves?

When they are X'ed out. usually https://gbatemp.net/download/faketik.35661/updates#resource-update-36591 will restore the missing tickets to get them all back and running again for you.
