being the idiot that i am, i installed vista transformation pack a few weeks ago, and seeing how buggy it was, i proceeded to uninstall it immediately. however, when it uninstalled, it didn't remove this:

and whenever i click on it, it says: this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel. so i went there and looked at this huge ass list, and didn't see it there. thoughts?

regedit
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell

Delete what you want to get rid of in there (after backing up your registry of course!) Be careful!

If it isn't there, check:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex (and shell)
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex (and, if it exists, shell)

EDIT NOTE:
Just a reminder to anyone else who might be trying this. You CAN cripple your Windows installation by playing around in your registry. Please proceed with caution... and always make a backup (File>Export>All) before you do anything you are not familiar with. Heck, do it every time just in case.

Since BiscuitBee has already answered your question, I'd like to ask you one;
Why are your menus in a hideous unearthly red?

Christmas decoration!

I should trim down my shell/context menu stuff too now that I look at it.

I especially like how it's a Top Secret folder but it is pinned to your Start Menu

Good times.
