I have dumped pokemon sun and decrypted it with Decrypt9WIP and extracted the .cia from D9 and went and used PK3DS for a pokemon Sun randomizer. I used this thread to extract and rebuild. But whenever I try to rebuild a CIA, I just get a CustomManual.bin and a CustomRomFS.bin files and no CIA file. I tried it 3 times.
I tried using that guide too and the only things I got were english mistakes ("for" instead of "to") and silent errors (not even silent, more like "everything went good" even though nothing happened...).
Then I used this guide instead and was able to produce a hacked CIA... that doesn't boot once installed, but that's probably an error on my end
